Join us for a Rutherford County House and Senate Forum. All Candidates for House Districts 13, 34, 37, 48 and 49 and Senate District 14 will have an opportunity to introduce themselves and respond to a moderator's questions on a timed basis at a forum being held from 6 – 7:30 PM on Thursday, July 11th  at the Historic Rutherford County Courthouse located at S Public Square, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 in the second floor courtroom.

Senate District 14-E.R. Smith

The forum will be hosted by the League of Women Voters (LWV) of Murfreesboro/Rutherford County, the Middle Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women (MTLAW) and the Rutherford County Alumnae Chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority (DST) in conjunction with Rutherford County TV (RCTV), the Rutherford County Government Access Channel operated by the Rutherford County Office of Information Technology.

The LWV, the MTLAW and the DST Sorority are all nonpartisan organizations that study and take positions on issues and do not support, endorse or oppose any candidate, party or political appointee.
