Student Membership Form

Our League offers free student memberships. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 and

  • attend a Rutherford County high school, or

  • attend MTSU, or

  • attend another college or school, including home school, and have your permanent address in Rutherford County.

Please note, we may ask you to provide an image of your student ID by email or in person at a meeting. We also request that you re-submit this form each academic year.
